GEORGE LUKACH

Farming is in George Lukach’s blood. He started farming as a young boy helping his father. He grew up in the Grand Ridge/Streator area and has always been involved in livestock and grain production. George attended U of I college of ACES and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Economics. After a brief career at Caterpillar in Agricultural Marketing he returned home to the family farm. George is now in his 23rd season as a Pioneer Seed representative. George and his wife Sarah have 2 boys and they all enjoy showing cattle together and playing/coaching baseball and basketball.
DAN LUKACH
CO OWNER
Dan has been working in the warehouse and plot activities since 1990 and doing sales with Lukach Seed Agency since 2003. Dan grew up with the Pioneer brand. His love for farming grain and livestock runs deep. Throughout his youth Dan was active in 4H and FFA. Dan graduation from the University of Illinois in 2002 with a B.S. in Agriculture Farm and Financial Management. From there Dan returned to the family farm and Lukach Seed Agency. Dan’s day to day consists of servicing customers with management decisions and helping with agronomy advice. It is Dan’s passion to help the customers of Lukach Seed Agency to succeed. In his free time Dan enjoys spending time with his 3 children and his wife on their cattle farm in rural Grand Ridge.
EVAN YOUNG
LOCATION MANAGER
Evan Young joined Lukach Seed Agency in the Fall of 2021 as a Sales Associate where he will focus on Pioneer seed and Kent feed products. Evan grew up in rural Streator where he was active in 4-H, FFA, and athletics. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science with an Agribusiness emphasis and a minor in Agronomy. While attending UW-P, Evan was an active member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity and the Collegiate Farm Bureau. Evan currently assists his dad and uncle on their family grain operation and is also affiliated with a local dairy operation where he owns/shows registered Holsteins.Evan enjoys farming, showing cattle, and snowmobiling with his wife and family in his free time.
JANA YOUNG
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (West)
Jana Young joined Team Lukach in November of 2013 as the Office Administrator for the Tonica office. Prior to joining the team she was employed at Dwight Correctional Center and retired from the Department of Corrections after 32 years of service. Jana lives in rural Streator with her husband. Jana’s family currently works on a grain operation with her brother in law in central Illinois and also owns and shows Holstein cattle. She is currently the Secretary for the Streator FFA Alumni.

LOGISTICS
Seth joined our team in September of 2022 and has been helps service customers through logistics of our Pioneer and feed business. Seth and his wife, Kimber, live outside of Leonore, IL where they raise cattle. Seth also enjoys collecting International Harvester memorabilia in his free time.

Joe Tomminello
Logistics/Location Manager
Joe Tomminello joined our team in March 2025 as an intern while completing his undergraduate studies. Upon earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Agribusiness and Agronomy Management from Illinois State University, he transitioned to a full-time role in May 2025. Joe currently serves as the Logistics / Location Manager at our Streator facility, with aspirations to pursue a career in sales with the Lukach Seed Agency. As native of Utica, Joe developed a strong interest in agriculture from an early age, and a passion that led him to pursue a career in the field. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors, playing pool, and spending time with friends and family.
Mary Beth Beenenga
Office Administrator (East)
Mary Beth is from Tonica, Illinois, and has been the Admin at LSA-East since October 2025. In her spare time, she shows her horse at the AQHA National level and enjoys household renovation projects, working in her yard, and spending as much time as possible outdoors. She also loves spending time with her husband, her horse, her two dogs, and her cat.
LARRY STILLWELL
SALES ASSOCIATE
Larry Stillwell has been selling Pioneer Seeds for 29 years and also farms in LaSalle, Putnam and Grundy Counties. In his spare time Larry likes to collect antique tractors and equipment as well as old cars and trucks. Larry and his wife of 14 years travel all over collecting items for their farm museum. Larry has 2 daughters, 3 step sons and 12 grand children.
